A&J King Artisan Bakers at 48 Central Street is a downtown Salem bakery and café running daily 7am–3pm with kitchen service until 2:30pm. The shop bakes cakes, tarts, pies, bread loaves, pastries, cookies, and sandwiches, milling its own whole grains in-house and sourcing ingredients regionally — and pours coffee alongside the kitchen.
