  Doom Metal Yoga

  A heavy, sludgy sound bath on the mat: slow doom-metal riffs under a beginner-friendly slow flow with April Fox, ending in nap time. Suitable for all levels — the steady pacing keeps it welcoming for beginners while seasoned yogis can go deeper into the shapes. Sliding scale $10–30. Doors at 2 PM, class starts promptly at 2:30 PM. Mats and props are available to use and there is free parking in the lot out front. Spaces are limited and this is likely to sell out — reserve at the link.
