Ledger Restaurant

Ledger occupies a circa-1818 Salem Savings Bank building in downtown Salem, with one of the oldest surviving bank vaults in New England. The kitchen runs a progressive New England concept — traditional 19th-century dishes and techniques elevated with modern technique. Chef Daniel Gursha earned a 2022 James Beard Foundation nomination for Best Chef Northeast.
