Salem Pioneer Village

A re-creation of Salem around 1630, built in 1930 for the Massachusetts tercentennial and billed as America's first living history museum. Three acres in Forest River Park with dugouts, wigwams, thatched cottages, the Governor's Faire House, gardens and a blacksmith shop. The 2026 season runs June 6 to November 1, Saturdays and Sundays noon to 4 PM, last entry 3:45.
