The Stepping Stone Inn

The Stepping Stone Inn is a family-run B&B at 19 Washington Square N, directly across from Salem Common and next to the Salem Witch Museum. Six guest rooms, each with private bath, plus complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour beverage service in the dining room and parlor. The building has 180+ years of Salem history — once home to Naval Officer Abraham True, who oversaw the Customs House under Hawthorne.
